Congratulations to Mike Krok who destroyed the High Five best trick contest at the Streets last night! Mike made it impossible for anyone else to win by landing every damn trick he tried on the rail. Nollie nosegrind, nollie back smith, backside nollie over the rail into the bank, front blunt shuv, heelflip front board, nollie blunt, nollie back noseblunt were just a few of the highlights! Props go out to Greg Trevino (potato gun on the a-frame), second place Adam Howard (switch flip and big flip over the rail on the a-frame) and Ryan Gainer who's got mega-pop. Adam Shomsky was fliming so I'm sure he'll have a rad edit up soon.

Boyish premier at The Streets tomorrow. I'm going to give it a go tonight and test this heel bruise. Thing's killing me! Hopefully I can resist the want to ollie anything and just flow around and keep it chill. Heel bruises are hell!

The shop will be getting a makeover over the next month or so. Pretty excited about that. Adidas sent us a new display rack which fits nicely. I'm really thankful to get it as only 3 shops in the Midwest got one, that's some exclusive stuff right there!

Josh Krzywonos has another trailor up for his upcoming video titled Enjoy It.
New shoes have been coming into the shop daily. We got new Nike SB Janoski (blue/gum), and a new P Rod shoe called the V-Rod. It's the lightest shoe on the wall--worth taking a look at. And we got restocked on the black/white/gum Dunk Mid. I'll have pic's up as soon as I can.

Sorry for the lack of updates. We've been getting some new stuff in the shop here and there. Today we got new beanies from Official which are all really nice and unique. We also got a restock on those Altamont Radics snapbacks that we sold out of in like 10 minutes. Yesterday we got Nike SB beanies and Adidas tees and hoods.
Jackson Casey has been making quality vids for a while now and he's got a new one out that will no doubt have some crazy editing and feature some Michigan rippers. Premier at the Streets on January15th.

Awesome Trick contest at Transitions last night was super fun. Props to everyone who shredded the new setup and had fun with us. We held three different jams on different spots in the park. The first one was on this crazy transfer gap from the flat of the start box to this bank on the ground. You had to ollie around the hubba, it was super weird, but awesome. Ryan Gainer who killed everything won that one with a backside flip. Shawn Yules killed it with a switch frontside flip. Bunch of other stuff went down too. Gatoraids, and decks were passed out.
The next spot was the bank to ledge/wall/wallride. Jordan Garland and Andrew Holley killed that spot and Andrew ended it with a taildrop off the fence into the steep bank. The last spot was the stairs and hubba's. Ryan Gainer landed about 20 pro tricks with speed and pop and won the grand prize Zig Zagger complete. Shawn Yules did a hardflip 50 on the hubba.
I'll have a montage up in the next week or so. Might have to wait on some of these vids till it slows down a little bit after the holidays.
The Streets skatepark opens Monday at noon. GET HYPED!

Time to get your snowskate on!! We've got a few left. I took one home yesterday and messed around on it. It's super fun and way more fun than sitting around bummed that it's snowing.

We've got alot to look forward to. 1% Premier, Boockaloo Premier, Streets Skatepark opening, saw there's a new indoor park opening in Auburn Hills. So, even though the weather is putting a damper on our outdoor shred times, at least we have some raddness ahead of us.

I'm pretty sure I posted on here a few weeks ago that I gave my camera to the Kroks and Alex Knox when they were on their way to Riley. THey came back no more than an hour later with some of the sickest footy I've seen from the park! Finally got around to editing up a montage of the footage. If you didn't know, Knox kills it.

Back from Tampa. What a trip! Good times and Joe and Pat represented down there hard! I'll have some pic's and video montages up this week I swear! Got some really good footage. First here's some of the new stuff we got in the shop:

Here's a little breakdown of what went down this past weekend.
Joe broke his hand. Self medicated, no hospital. Still skated and crushed it. Switch tre high on the tranny of the vert ramp with a freshly broken hand--good thing there was an open bar!
Joe skated his run on Friday and killed it. He was gettting props the whole time for skating with his hand swollen up like a balloon.
Pat shredded on Saturday. He skated super good and pretty much landed all his tricks. It was dope to see the guys shredding with all these other amazing skaters from all over the world. The level of skating is retardly high. The difference in skill level from the best dude in the contest (that day) and the worst (that day) is very small. I don't know how these guys skated the course. It's madness that you have to see in person to understand. Lot's of collisions.
